Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill Orlando- A Disney Springs Dining Must Jenn, February 17, 2021February 20, 2021 Sharing is caring! 91 shares Share89 Tweet Pin2 Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill Orlando is my favorite place to dine in Disney Springs, there I said it. I have been numerous times, and have never had a bad experience. I travel with my daughters, and my 12 year old consistently asks to return every trip, and she’s a picky eater. Located in the Town Center at the bottom of the orange garage escalators, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill offers rustic elegance and upscale dining. The 250-seat restaurant also features a gelato bar and full-service bar serving a selection of cocktails, craft beers and wines. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill Orlando Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill modernizes the traditional “bar and grill” concept with approachable dining in a setting inspired by traditional farmhouses and a touch of California elegance. The restaurant captures the essence of the laid-back Californian dining experience, made popular by Puck himself with his flagship restaurant, Spago. The menu highlights the best of Wolfgang’s signature dishes. Cocktails Did you even dine out if you don’t have a signature cocktail? My go to is always the White Sangria, it’s crisp and refreshing and perfect after a day in the Florida sun. However, this trip I tried a few new items. The Moscow Mule is a refreshing blend of cucumber and mint vodka, for me it was a little strong. But if you enjoy a good Moscow Mule, you will love this cocktail. Next up was Garden of Eden, and this may be a new favorite of mine. Made with tea infused vodka and lemon it goes down easy. Starters Each time I dine here, I try something new, although I absolutely love the Grilled Bruschetta. We began this meal with the Waterkist Farm Heirloom Tomato Salad and the Chinese Chicken Salad. I was not at all prepared for how amazing the Chinese Chicken Salad was. We were told this is one of Wolfgang’s original recipes, and is one of the most requested. My daughter began her meal with her favorite, the cheese pizza. Yes, it may sound silly, but this pizza is amazing. A thin crust, and just the right sauce and cheese combo. It’s also baked in a classic stone pizza oven. You can also get their pizzas with a gluten free crust, be sure to ask your server. You can honestly make a meal from these alone, they are large enough portions for one or to share. Main Course With pasta made fresh in house, and steaks grilled to perfection on the open grill it’s hard to choose your main course. Be sure to ask your server if there is a pasta special, as there usually are. The tortellini is the best I have had, aside from Italy. For this visit I finally tried the Double Cut Porkchop with a creamy polenta, mushrooms and apple cider glaze. It was perfectly grilled and melted in your mouth, the flavor combination was exceptional. My daughter ordered her favorite item, the Flatiron Steak with broccolini. Always a homerun for her, as the steak is flavorful and cooked perfectly. She opts for no chimichurri sauce on her, but it comes with a standard order. Sweet Treats No meal at Wolfgang is complete without desert. Now my go to is always the Carrot Cake, as it’s the best I have EVER had. I am not exaggerating, the caramel takes it to another level. For this visit we had the Chocolate Cookie Crunch Milkshake and the Layered Chocolate Cake. Both were excellent, if you love decadent chocolate desert than the Layered Chocolate Cake is the way to go! My daughter absolutely loved the milkshake, especially the ice cream sandwich on top.
