Walt Disney World Ice Cream: Top 5 Sweet Treats Jenn, August 1, 2017September 30, 2019 Sharing is caring! Share Tweet Pin Ice cream and Walt Disney World go together like hot fudge and sundaes! Whether you are visiting Disney World in July, which is National Ice Cream Month, or January, you will likely be treating yourself to something cool and sweet. Walt Disney World is more than just Mickey Ice Cream Bars-although those ARE a must eat. Today, I share the Top 5 Ice Cream Treats at Walt Disney World with you. Walt Disney World Ice Cream: Top 5 #1: No Way Jose at Beaches and Cream Beaches and Cream is a sweet little soda shop located at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. While you can book a dining reservation to enjoy a meal and dessert there, they also have a walk up ice cream window. They serve most of their treats here, and that is where you will find the No Way Jose. This is one of the BEST ice cream sundaes at Walt Disney World-and you can actually finish it. Well, I can. If you love Reese’s Peanut Butter cups, then this is for you! #2: Citrus Swirl at Magic Kingdom Park I know that people love their sweet treats at Magic Kingdom, and you need to add this to your list. It’s a bit like a creamsicle, and so refreshing on a hot Florida day. A Citrus Swirl is the perfect blend of orange and ice cream as it twists soft serve vanilla with a sweet-tart frozen orange juice. You can currently find this at Sunshine Tree Terrace in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom. #3: Olaf Frozen Lemonade Strawberry Bar This is one of our favorite Disney ice cream treats to eat on the go. You can find the Olaf Frozen Lemonade Strawberry Bar at most snack carts in all of the Disney parks. It is sweet, tangy, and perfect for a hot day in Florida! The fruit and lemonade combination is a refreshing break from some of the heavier, more involved ice cream treats at Walt Disney World. I love it because it is more tart than sweet. #4: Croque Glace at L’Artisans des Glaces Tucked away in the French Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase is L’Artisans des Glaces. If you are looking for a sweet and cool treat with a twist, this is the place for you. All 16 flavors are made from scratch, in-house. You know that will be good ice cream! The Croque Glace is the most amazing ice cream treat. It is a pressed brioche ice cream sandwich-chewy, warm, cold, crispy-amazing. You choose a flavor of ice cream and a sauce, and they press it together panini style. #5: Kaki-Gori @ Kabuki Cafe World Showcase is an amazing place to find unique treats. The KakiGori at the Kabuki Cafe in the Japan Pavilion is definitely one of those! This is the Japanese version of a snow cone, but more of a shaved ice consistency. The Tangerine topping is my favorite! Or, you can go all out and get the rainbow concoction! If you want a little extra uniqueness to your KakiGori, you can add a Sweet Milk topping! Which of these will you be trying on your next trip to Walt Disney World? Disney Walt Disney World disneydisney diningDisney Planningdisney snacksfloridaice creamorlandowalt disney world
