Two Chef Mission- Personal Chefs For Your Next Orlando Vacation Jenn, October 11, 2021October 11, 2021 Sharing is caring! Share Tweet Pin Two Chef Mission is a husband and wife owned business based in Central Florida. As past Disney World Cast Members in Culinary Services, they decided to start making magic on their own. Their branding is quite simple according to Chef Tony. He explained that “They are on a mission to get more people enjoying time together at the dining room table, even on vacation”. I had the pleasure of experiencing their in-home services during We Grow Retreat. Chef Tony was absolutely fantastic, and I would have him back again and again. Two Chef Mission Chefs Tony and Melissa have about 24 years of culinary experience between them including where they first met, Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom. Their passion is creating custom menus for guests Orlando Vacations and Special Events. They will tailor every menu to your distinct likes and needs, as well as any special diets anyone may have. Services Offered They offer two services, in home catering or vacation meal delivery. For the in home events, you can either choose from their myriad of menus, or come up with a custom menu for your event. Menu items do change seasonally but they have staple items including Mickey Waffles and Mickey Beignets for breakfast, yes you read that right. For dinner they have a few menus inspired by a few favorite Disney dining locations, including, Teriyaki Beef and Chicken Skewers, Grey Stuff Cream Puff, and a Castle Salad. Real Disney fans will for sure know these three restaurants. If you are staying in the Orlando area, and don’t have a kitchen for them to prepare your meals in, that’s ok! They will deliver your fully cooked meal to your resort, even on Disney property. Chef Tony said they will set up your day/time in advance and get all of your information. On the day of delivery they will meet you at the resort personally to deliver your meal. I will absolutely use this on my next vacation, the ease of not leaving my room to get breakfast, and it’s fresh made, no brainer there! The cost varies depending on the menu items you choose, and there is a delivery fee. After doing a little math, it’s actually LESS than eating a sit down meal in your resort or the parks. If you don’t want a full sit down meal, they offer breakfast and snack boxes as well. And you may or may not find a hidden Mickey in there. Chef Tony was an absolute pleasure to have, he was personable and friendly as well as efficient. And well, his meal spoke for itself, because I think we all cleared our plates! If you are looking for a new dining experience when you are in Orlando, or if you are local looking for a great meal, look no further than Chef Melissa and Chef Tony with Two Chef Mission. Travel
