Race Through New York starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Studios Jenn, May 29, 2017February 1, 2018 Sharing is caring! Share Tweet Pin Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon- Universal Studios newest attraction is now open. I love Jimmy Fallon, he is comedic gold. When I heard a new attraction was opening at Universal Studios Orlando I just had to see what it was all about, and last week I did just that. Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon Join Jimmy Fallon and all your favorite characters from The Tonight Show in a fun-filled race through, below and above New York City. This all new attraction at Universal Studios is one of a kind, not so much for the ride itself but for the experience before you ride. The Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, takes you through all of NYC’s iconic spots including Times Square, Statue of Liberty, The New York Subway, and 30 Rock to name a few. You will race on the street, on the water and beyond to the moon. Prepare to be fully immersed in the sights and smells of NYC. There is also a special performance by The Roots and it is hysterical, pay close attention. Virtual Line Pass Nobody wants to wait in line for two hours during vacation, it’s just a waste of time no matter how amazing the ride is. Race Through New York has rolled out the first of its kind, Virtual Line Pass. This holds a place for you for the ride, and you simply return when it is your time. With just a few simple steps you have a place in line at Race Through New York How does it work? Once you are on property at Universal Orlando (hotel, theme park or city walk) you will enter The Official Universal Orlando Resort™ App and reserve your time. This idea came about from Universal creative because they wanted to allow guests more time to play in the parks and less time to wait in crowded switchbacks. If you don’t want to reserve this on the APP you can reserve a virtual line pass outside the attraction for a return time later in the day. Tip: If you have Universal Express Pass you can skip this and proceed to the entrance at any time. Memorabilia Hall When it is time to ride you will enter the lobby of 30 Rock and receive a color ticket. You will also experience memorabilia hall. This holds authentic memorabilia from past and present Tonight Show hosts. Here is where you will wait for the NBC peacock to ring your color that matches your ticket. No waiting in hot lines, you can tour the hall and explore the history of The Tonight Show while you wait. When your color comes up it’s time to go upstairs for the main event.. The Lounge When your card color lights up you will proceed upstairs to the second floor lounge. In the lounge, there are interactive tables that reflect Jimmy Fallon’s desk. Play 8 bit video games, create thank you notes, and take snapshots and selfies with Hashtag the Panda as you hangout in Studio 6B. Universal Orlando has thought of everything including the ability to utilize charging ports while waiting. Hashtag the Panda…no words needed. Head toward the stage to view a LIVE show from The Ragtime Gals. This barbershop quartet brings to life all of the musical entertainment from the show. When the gals aren’t performing you can watch clips of hysterical musical performances from The Tonight Show. After the race concludes, visit the gift shop in Studio 6B to purchase your very own Hashtag the Panda, Thank You Notes or a pair of Jimmy Fallon’s tight pants to take home! For those that love The Tonight Show and all of Jimmy Fallons antics this is a toy store for you. Pick up you favorite Jimmy Fallon merchandise in Studio 6B gift shop! Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon is an all new interactive experience at Universal Studios. You will laugh, you will have pizza and you will want to buy everything.
