Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Dates for 2016 Jenn, March 24, 2016September 30, 2019 Sharing is caring! Share Tweet Pin Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party comes to life at the Magic Kingdom Park on select nights in the fall. With special characters, a nighttime spectacular and parade it is a fall Disney World must do. My family loves Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. I can even get my 16-year old to get in on the festive fun at Magic Kingdom. This is a special hard ticket event held in September and October at the Magic Kingdom. A hard ticket event requires a separate admission ticket from your Disney parks ticket. It is best to get your tickets early as the party does sell out especially as you get close to Halloween. In 2016 party guests will enjoy special entertainment including a not so scary parade and extravaganza of fireworks. Returning favorites include “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade,” “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular,” and “Happy HalloWishes” fireworks. Disney guests will trick-or-treat throughout the park, discovering their favorite park in a new magical way. Along the way you may even find a few of your favorite Disney characters dressed in their own Halloween costumes. You are encouraged to take part in the fun by wearing a costume to the party. Disney has revised their costume policy for 2016, please make sure your costume is within the guidelines. We don’t want to see anyone turned away from the party! While costumed attire may be worn, guests ages 14 and older are strongly discouraged from wearing layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body as they may be subject to additional security screening. Additionally, costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
