Hersheypark is now open daily for the 2025 Season! Here are all the details you need for a Sweet Summer escape.

It’s no secret that my girls and I are huge fans of Hersheypark. So much so, that we have been Season Pass Holders for the past 6 years.

If you haven’t visited in awhile, it’s time for you to get there. Just a short drive from the Baltimore Metro, DC and other surrounding areas it’s the perfect day trip (or weekend getaway).

New For 2025: Twizzlers Twisted Gravity

Twizzlers Twisted Gravity soars above Spring Creek this year. This swing is a world record-breaking high-thrill attraction. On this brand new attraction you will ascend 137 feet, defying gravity and speeds of 68 mph.

My girls were among the first to ride and said- ” It looks a lot less intense from the ground, but when you are facing face down over the creek it’s crazy!”

Dining

The dining at Hersheypark has come a long way from pizza and funnel cakes!

East Coast Burger Works 

Located inside The Boardwalk, East Coast Burger Works offers a selection of half-pound burgers, with a rotating burger of the month!

Are you looking for a shareable milkshake with cookies and cake on them? Milkshakes inspired by your favorite Hershey confections? Simply Chocolate is where you will find them. The King Shakes are absolutely insta-worthy.

Summer sips will be available at Wildcat’s Revenge Beverages for guests 21 and older – some inspired by Twizzlers Twisted Gravity! This beverage location sits right outside of the main entrance of the best coaster on the East Coast.

Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor 

All-new this summer, Milton’s  offers a reimagined menu featuring fresh donuts topped with fresh fruit, Hershey’s candies and more in addition to your favorite ice cream creations. Guests with or without a Hersheypark ticket can dine at Milton’s, given its location outside of the front gate.

The Chocolatier 

It’s no secret that this is my favorite place to eat at Hersheypark. This restaurant can only exist in Hershey – with past and present pieces from their ride collection, tributes to founder Milton S. Hershey, and chocolate dipped throughout the menu. Here are a few new refreshed items for summer.

 Ferris Wheel Sampler

The popular Chicken & Waffles is getting a refresh  with new ingredients. This dish is inspired by founder, Milton S. Hershey’s, favorite meal.

Make It A Weekend

Know Before You Go

The largest amusement park in Pennsylvania features three experiences in one – all accessible with your one day admission ticket.

• In addition to Twizzlers Twisted Gravity, more than 70 family-friendly rides, including the most coasters in the Northeast with 15, are open weather and maintenance permitting.

• The Boardwalk At Hersheypark water park (open May 24 through Sept. 1) features one million gallons of water among 16 water attractions, including a lazy river, wave pool, water coaster, racing water slides and more.

• The 11-acre ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park is included only when accessing the Zoo through the bridge inside Hersheypark during posted Park hours.

The best way to purchase tickets is online before you arrive. The park opens daily at 11 a.m. and has varying closing times depending on the day of the week.

Hersheypark is now cashless and accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and Hersheypark gift cards, as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. For guests who may not have credit or debit cards, you can convert cash to prepaid debit cards at the Cash-to-Card kiosks stationed around the park. There is no fee to load cash onto a card at these kiosks.  Please check the app for locations. For games, you will need to purchase a separate Gaming Card at gaming locations, which you can load via cashless payment.

As said by the founder of the park, Milton S. Hershey,  “Give them quality. That’s the Best Advertising In The World”. I believe they are absolutely doing that so guests can have a memorable summer!
