Hersheypark: Upgrade Your Day With These 6 Experiences Jenn, July 23, 2018 Sharing is caring! 3 shares Share Tweet Pin3 Hersheypark is known for world-class coasters, relaxing summer days by the wave pool, and year round fun, but did you know you can upgrade those experiences? These add-ons will take your visit from sweet to decadent. Hersheypark I have been visiting Hersheypark since I was five years old, and goodness has this park grown in the last 35 years! While it may be a smaller theme park, tucked away in Chocolate Town USA, there is no shortage of non-stop fun to be had. Included in your daily admission is Hersheypark, The Boardwalk at Hershey, and ZooAmerica. That’s a whole lot of fun to cover in a 12 hour day, and virtually impossible to do it all. During my last visit I learned that there are many upgrades you can enjoy during your visit, and they won’t break the bank. Take a look at all the ways you can upgrade your day at Hersheypark, and save yourself not only time but money! 1. Fast Track Love coasters, but hate the lines? Buying the Fast Track Pass will save you the hassle of wasting your day in long lines. Starting at $49 per person this will give you exclusive front of the line access to 14 of the top attractions in the park! You will pick up your pass at Guest Services, and your plan indicates what time your Fast Track Pass is valid at each ride. For an additional $20 you can add the newest attractions in The Boardwalk to your pass as well. 2. All Day Dining Deal This is a great choice if you are traveling with teens! Hersheypark has expanded its in park dining to include the all day dining deal ($27.99 per person). Purchase for one low price, and you get the choice of an entree and one side, all-day long at more than 10 locations throughout Hersheypark. When you think about the cost of one meal at a theme park, this is definitely giving you a deal! We enjoyed nachos from Moe’s Southwest Grill, Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs and a Hershey classic, Dispatch Pizza. 3. All Day Drink Deal For just $15 you can purchase a 2018 Souvenir Cup and refill it for 30 hours after purchase with FREE refills on fountain drinks and ICEE® all day! Plus, get .99-cent refills on future visits! This was absolutely a bargain for my family! When drinks and ICEE products cost anywhere from $3-$6 each, times four people we got our money’s worth. 4. Ride Photo Pass Do you love to save all of your memories from vacation? Do you rush off the rides to see your hysterical, or terrified photo? The ride photo pass gives you unlimited digital downloads of all the days fun! A one day pass is $37, but if you purchase your pass later than 3 hours before park closing, the pass is good through the end of the following day. My nephew rode The SooperdooperLooper for the first time, and having this memory is absolutely worth the cost! 5. Cabanas at The Boardwalk This is my favorite of all the upgrades. Starting at $275 per day for up to 4 guests, it’s a great value for all the perks included. The Boardwalk tends to get crowded, even on weekday visits, and this helps keep that crowded feeling at bay. Cabana Benefits All-day use of the cabana, equipped with refrigerator, table, four chairs, and two chaise lounge chairs Beach towel at check-in for each guest Beach bag and suntan lotion at check-in 12 complimentary water bottles per cabana Walk-up service to exclusive Cabana Grill, offering a grill menu, including kids’ meals Complimentary fountain soda at the Cabana Grill Complimentary locker for use throughout the day next to the Beach Club Restrooms & Changing Rooms Exclusive ride access to the Intercoastal Waterway (lazy river) When The Boardwalk first opened we had a cabana and absolutely loved it, I cannot wait to experience it again. The cabanas book up early and fast for the season, so you normally can’t get one last-minute. If you stay at an official Hershey Resort, you will get priority booking. 6. Seal and Sea Lion Feeding Sign up for the opportunity to get up close and feed some of Hersheypark’s most famous friends. Visit the Aquatheater on the day of your visit for more information. These are just a few of the ways you can upgrade your day at Hersheypark! Be sure to check their website for special seasonal offerings as well.
