The Edgewater Hotel Seattle – Review Jenn, October 24, 2023October 24, 2023 Sharing is caring! 12 shares Share Tweet Pin The Edgewater Hotel is the perfect place for a pre or post cruise stay- as it is the only true waterfront hotel in Seattle. It sits right on Elliott Bay and offers the quintessential Pacific Northwest feel. The Edgewater Hotel The four-story, 223-room hotel on Pier 67 offers accents of natural wood and rock throughout. All guest rooms include a gas fireplace, knotty pine furniture, and a spa-style bathroom. Some of the rooms are city views, so if you want to ensure a view, book a water view room. All guests can enjoy the unbeatable view, which is framed by a bank of floor-to-ceiling windows aside a roaring fireplace in the hotel’s rustic-chic lobby. Standard Guest Rooms During my stay I was in a double water view room . I looked out my window and the Norwegian Bliss was staring me in the face, that is how close to the waterfront you are. All of the windows open, so you can take in the breezy salt air. There are two double or king rooms available Each room is equipped with an electric fireplace as well. The teddy bear foot stools were unexpected, and a super cute touch. The bathrooms are very large, mine had a large single sink, walk in shower and large walk in closet. I was sharing my room with a friend and we never felt crowded at all. I love all of the stone throughout the bathroom! Suites If you are looking to treat yourself during your stay you can book the exclusive Beatles Suite! This suite is home to rock and roll history- as the Beatles once famously fished out of the window of this exact suite. If The Beatles aren’t your cuppa tea- you can book a Pearl Jam suite, that was designed with front man Eddie Vedder. Amenities Offering many amenities you don’t even need to leave the hotel if you choose not to as they are included in your resort fee. Use of The Edgewater Bicycles (two hours per day) Rock Band Room rental Complimentary Wi-Fi Fitness Center Local Newspaper Daily – Located at Front Desk Local Phone Calls Be a DJ – Record Players & Albums for your listening pleasure Looking to find your inner rock star? Your stay includes a complimentary two-hour guitar rental, complete with sheet music, instructional videos and more. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the Downtown corridor if you are looking to explore the city. Dining The hotel’s Six Seven restaurant has breathtaking views from the outdoor patio and window booths. The dining room, has an upscale woodsy vibe complete with tree columns. I dined her for brunch and dinner and both were superb, it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to find something to eat. Grab a drink at the bar adjacent to the dining room, it has live music on the weekends and a striking view! The Edgewater is the perfect escape when you are visiting Seattle- the views are unlike any other in the city and history makes it all the more charming. Travel
