I have a love for breakfast food that cannot be natural. I could probably eat it every day in some form or fashion. When we visit Walt Disney World we always have breakfast at Cape May Cafe with Mickey and Pals. Also for the amazing offerings on the buffet. Offering fresh pastries, Mickey Waffles, Omlettes, Meats and Egg dishes it is a great pre-park meal. My Pal Goofy and I at Cape May in 2014 Here is the recipe for my must have meal each visit. Whip this up in an instant and serve with warm biscuits. You can thank me later. Chorizo and Four Cheese Scramble Chorizo and Four Cheese Scramble Yield: 4 servings Prep 15 mins ∙ Cook 5 mins Ingredients 8 eggs 1 tbsp butter 1 oz chopped chorizo sausage (cooked variety) 1/4 cup 4 cheese blend (swiss, white cheddar, gruyere, provolone) 2 tbsp diced white onion 2 tbsp chopped scallions 1 tsp salt and pepper mix Directions Saute onion and chorizo in butter until onions are truslucent. Add eggs and seasoning then scramble. When eggs are 80% cooked fold in cheese and scallions. Serve immediately while still creamy.
