Best Attractions for Toddlers at Walt Disney World Jenn, February 13, 2016September 30, 2019 Sharing is caring! Share Tweet Pin You are never too young for Walt Disney World. Little ones can go to Disney and have a Magical time without missing out on the fun. This fall we are taking my one year old nephew to Disney for his first visit. I think I am more excited than my sister about this, we share a love of Mickey Mouse only he and I understand. The best park for the little ones is Magic Kingdom, they can ride almost every attraction. Many times I have been on attractions with parents wearing infants, that is how family friendly the Magic Kingdom attractions are. Here is my pick for best attractions with kids under three at Walt Disney World. Epcot Journey into Imagination with Figment: This silly attraction grabs the audience’s attention with Figment, the cute character that teaches your little ones about the five senses. Be careful with the smell lab, though, I’m sure your kids will giggle as they get a whiff of the wonderful aroma. At the end of the ride, your kids can enjoy themselves as they play with music and create their own figments. A little warning, the store at the end of the ride is filled with cute Figment stuffed animals. As as adult I still love Figment, he brings back fond memories of Disney as a child. The Sea’s with Nemo & Friends: Who wouldn’t love a shell-shaped carriage to bring you under the sea to enjoy watching your favorite friends from Finding Nemo? As the ride comes to an end, you glide past the real aquarium and see live sharks and sea creatures. Once you are finished your Journey under the Sea with Nemo you enter an aquarium and fun interactive area. The perfect spot for the kids to get the wiggles out. Magic Kingdom Dumbo the Flying Elephant Peter Pan’s Flight: Children love this Magical Flight as the carriage lifts them over the landscape below. You can see the streets of London and the Tower of Big Ben. Fly over the pirate ships and crocodile to experience Neverland the same way Wendy and Peter do, flying high above in the sky, all from the safety of your carriage. TIP: This attraction gets long lines, be sure to get a fast pass if you want to skip the lines. Dumbo the Flying Elephant: Dumbo is a Disney classic kids and adults love . The carriage shaped just like the beloved elephant flies up and down creating a thrilling ride for the little ones. I love the giggles when the carriage falls a little when you let go of the button. Dumbo also features a fun play area for the kids before you ride. Hollywood Studios Toy Story Midway Mania:This 3-D ride entertains both the young and old. The kids get to hold onto a gun which sends 3-D objects flying to a screen in front of you. You shoot darts at balloons, throw pies, break clay plates. This ride spins and moves while the little ones interact with their favorite Toy Story characters, making this an enjoyable ride for both the adults and the children. Disney Junior Live on Stage: Enter Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and enjoy a fun interactive show with your children’s favorite Disney Jr characters. Animal Kingdom This park is a zoo and a theme park. Kids can explore many trails and see their favorite animals up close and personal. Kilamanjaro Safaris: This attraction is the most popular for families. Board a jeep and get up close and personal with some of your favorite wild animals on this mild safari adventure. This list barely scratches the surface of all the offerings for toddlers at Disney.
