Precision RBS is a new kind of fun. The newest and most innovative rubber band launcher on the market, kids will play for hours challenging each other to hit targets as far as possible. The simple rubber band gun is a thing of the past and the new launchers are safe, durable and accurate.
Offering three distinct models even the youngest family members can join in the fun of Precision RBS! The suggested age for the system is 8 and up. I have to agree with this as you don’t want your little ones shooting one another and not the targets. Although they are a light design the launchers are still rubber bands. Also, it takes a little getting used to learning how to load the rubber bands properly. Some younger kids may become easily aggravated by that and not enjoy it. The key to a good shot is having the launcher properly loaded.
These fun launchers range in price from $14.99-$24.99 at retail locations. Keep an eye out you never know what Holiday deals may appear!
The lightweight Talos holds up to 20 rubber bands in two sizes, launches up to 30 feet and includes a built-in extender for even more power when you need it. It’s perfect for quick, smooth action.
The Chiron has storage for up to 100 rubber bands, so you’ll never run out of ammo! Other features include the quick-loading design and a release option to separate into 2 completely different RBS Shooters, including a hand launcher. You’ll dominate your opponent with tons of ammo power! Two launchers in one easily made this the kids favorite, they shot one while they had the other ready to go.
Nothing surpasses the Hyperion: pinpoint accuracy 50 feet downfield! Three different band sizes, for capacity of 26 loaded bands, plus extra side storage. Plus the unbelievable Blast feature – launches 14 bands AT ONCE! Insane power! I am pretty sure this is my husbands favorite with the 14 band capacity.
The girls set up the targets along a space in our family room and challenged each other to see who could hit the farthest one. Whoever hit the farthest target got a piece of candy. We did have to gently remind them that these are not to be shot at each other. While you can play this outside you may find yourself losing more rubber bands that way, if you do play outdoors put a towel on the ground so you can see the bands.
If you do give this to older kids it is probably inevitable that they will shoot one another, even if they do it won’t sting. I took one to the leg in the name of research and barely felt it.
Here is a fun video on how to load TALOS so it will shoot more accurately
Overall the Precision RBS Launchers are a great sturdy toy and allow for hours of playtime. Head out this holiday season and get each child in your family one.
